Hi,

Flexipanels fresh install :
I recently updated to Dreaweaver CS4 I entered my Flexipanel serial on a fresh install. It prompted me for a registration number. All I have is my order number (which I tried). Obviously not the same thing!
Any help much appreciated.

Hello Marc,

I've also responded to your e-mail sent earlier today. You should check your spam/bulk/junk e-mail folder to see if the mail didn't get in there. The mail i sent went like this:

Have you tried to reset your licence from your account page? It is located on our site and is the first page that appears after you log in. You must reset your licence every time you install it. This is to prevent the use of the same licence by more than one user.
