Hi
Have now purchased a serial number, have copied it into the field in the demo version I have installed, but the box "please wait to register your license" stays there forever (more than 20 mins so far) and does not register. I am connected to the internet; Win XP SP3 DW CS4.
Appreciate any help

Hello,
Verify that your firewall or antivirus isn't blocking the registration process. Try to turn them off for a moment or two while registration takes place. If it still doesn't work write to us again.
Best regards,

Hi
Still no joy after disabling the firewall, not able to disable av which is avg free, but have never had a problem with similar registration services with this setup. What's next?
Thanks

Andrew,
Do you have any errors? Or it just freezes like this?

Hi
It just hangs with the preloader graphic turning. I have left it for more than 20 minutes. No errors are shown anywhere.

Hi,
Would it be possible to make a desktop sharing session with you and see what exactly goes on on your machine? Early next week.
Let me know,
Cristian

Hi
Was about to agree to this when I thought I had better try it again. This time I copy and pasted the serial number from my account page on your site rather than copy and pasting the serial number from the email sent to me at time of order. This worked instantly.
So go figure that one out. Anyway thanks for the help

Hi,
I think that the serial number that you received to your email has an extra blank space at the end and when you double click to select the entire text (if that is what you've done) that blank space is also selected. So when you copy/pasted the serial number, it was wrong as it had an extra character.
This is not the case for the serial number from "My Account".
Can you please confirm that this happened?
Thanks,
Ion

Hi
No I did not double click to select as this would and does select the serial number and the text "serial:" so I selected the text manually with the mouse, there does not appear to be a space at the end. The only difference I can see is that the serial number in the email is split over two lines, but I have not verified that the two serial numbers are the same either.
Hope that helps.
