Hi I have the css panels for dw but when I click on tool bars "insert tool' I only get a black window pop up with no selections available? any ideas?rnThxrnBrad

Hello,

We have discussed this problem yesterday and it remained that you will reinstall the Dreamweaver application so that it won't have the configuration folder on that external hdd.
