I have the same problem as Wendell has FlexiMenuJS Error.

The error is Panel 81 could not be created. Removing it from the list.

I have cleared all the cache and removed and installed it again. I am using Windows XP SP3 and CS3 Dreamweaver. I am not sure this has to do with Trial Version.

There is a swf missing, probably the Extension Manager copied it in another folder. We should make a desktop sharing session so that I can help you to find that file and put it in the right place. I will send you more details by email.
