There are no skins or color themes showing up? Is that correct? Is there somewhere else to download it.

Hello,
No, that is not normal. The FlexiMenusJS comes by default with a set of skins and several color schemes for each skin.
When you first clicked on the “insert menu” button, an alert should have prompted you that the skins will be extracted and you need to wait for a little time until they are done. Have you received seen that alert ?
Also, please tell us what operating system you have and what DW version.

Andrei Rinciog

Did not see the alert. I am on a mac 10.5 and have dreamweaver CS$. Is there a way to completely clear and re-install to see if it trips the alert.

Hello,
You should try to remove the component using Adobe's Extension Manager. After that go into Dreamweaver's configuration folder ( you can find it in "User->library->application support->adobe->Dreamweaver CS4") and check the folder named Shared to see if there is a folder named Extend inside it. If it is, delete it.
If you don't have other extensions, you can completely delete Dreamweaver's configuration folder. It will be recreated when you re-open Dreamweaver and it will delete all the data installed for the extension.
After you make sure you don't have anything left, you can go ahead an reinstall the extension.
Regards,
Andrei

This worked thank you very much. Also, I read in the features that custom HTML can be added to the Designer Edition. Do you have any documentation on how to do this.

Hello,
Actually, we just finished up making a tutorial that includes custom html button, you can find it here:
http://www.extendstudio.com/documentation/fleximenusjs-for-dreamweaver/documentation/tutorials/how-to-create-the-extreme-sample-menu-with-FlexiMenusJS-Dynamic-version.html
The tutorial was created for the developer version but it's easy to implement it for designer. Instead of getting the values for the html parameters from the database, you'll have to insert a value on each button. If you any questions, feel free to ask.

Man! Even the posting for this site doesn't work! I just typed a long detailed message about how I can't see anything in a browser preview after I've tried the demo version, bla bla bla... but now I'm just over it.
I was all enthused about buying this software, but have changed my mind... bummer.

Hello Susan,
Sorry for the posting problem, I don't know what happened that your message did not get in our database. We plan on changing the way this forum works completely in the near future but we haven't got the
chance yet.
I know that you probably aren't very happy with us at the moment but I hope that you will give me a chance to change that by helping you with the problem that you’ve encountered with FlexiMenus JS. Usually you can’t see the menu when previewing in browser because the menu can’t connect to the “includes” folder to get the necessary files.
If you decide to give the product another shot (especially now that we just released a new update that drastically improved the loading time on IE browsers) you can send us a message at support at extendstudio.com or you can contact me directly at Andrei.rinciog at extendstudio.com
Have a nice day !
Regards,
