I'm thinking of buying the FlexiMenuJS DW extension for $149.00 which allows unlimited usage on ONE workstation. I am a work at home web designer and will use it on my PC. I'm wondering... If the computer I use for web design should happen to crash or somehow become unusable, will I be able to install (re-install) FlexiMenusJS on a new computer even if I was not able to uninstall it on the original computer? Or will I have to purchase it again? How does that work?

Hello,

A FlexiMenusJS license gives you the option to reinstall the application as many times as you please. All that you have to do to register the component after a reinstall is to come back to our website and reset the license. To reset the license you need to press on the "reset license" button next to the serial number in the "My account" section.

If you have any more questions, feel free to ask.

Hello,

You can treat the menu as any other element from your page. You can position the menu the way you like using CSS. It's better however to create a wrapper for the menu first.

If you need more help, don't hesitate to write again.

in JS menus I am using the plastic template. It looks fine in safari, firefox, and chrome, in IE6 and 7 the menu is shifted right and you can see only the first half of the text in the buttons. in IE8 it looks fine and IE9 if you turn on compatibility mode it looks fine. Please help the website is womenshealthprofessionalsofmichigan.com

Hello,

The buttons are shifted to the right because you have 'text-align: center' set on the body tag. Remove that css attribute from the body tag and use it on the other divs and not on the sidebar that has the menu. Or, place a 'text-align: left' on the div that holds the menu.
