Hello there,

i bought the FlexiMenusJS some time ago. I was working with it yesterday, but now, all of a sudden, it asked me again for the serial number. As I entered it again, it says "The registration code is required ONLY for component reinstall. If you are installing for the first time please click PROCESS and DO NOT enter any registration code."

I didn´t reinstall it or changed anything since yesterday. What should I do now? Do I have a registration code other than the s/n?

Please give me a quick answer, as I have to finish a website today.

Hello,

I have sent you an e-mai with all the instructions. All you have to do is proceed with the extension opening. If the 301 error message appears, please login to our website, go to your account and just press the correspondent 'Reset license' button.
