Dreamweaver 5.5rnrnBought this product a couple of days ago and cannot seem to get it to insert a menu. Have tried everything from inserting a standard, pre-configured menu to a customised one, saving as a preset, saving and closing, but whatever method I use there is no resulting menu in the layout once I press the "insert Menu" button (BTW, your documentation is wrong here, it says to press the Close button???).rnrnWhat's going on. I hope your other products that I purchased at the same time or more reliable.rnrn

Seems CSS Panels for DW doesn't work either. What's going on? Are these extensions not DW 5.5 ready?

Okay, I unistalled and reinstalled the extension, and I still cannot insert a menu -- it simply doesn't do anything. The interface is there and showing and appears to be working, but when I press the Insert Menu button, nothing happens. Can someone from Extend Studio PLEASE get back to me on this as I am wasting my time.

Tried installing in DW4 but simply crashes. Anyone from Extend Studio out there? I've emailed and posted here but hear that? Mmmmm, that's right, zip. Maybe just give me your refund contacts details.

Hello,
Thank you for your patience. These posts remained unanswered yesterday, because noone is at the office in week-ends.
Please try a cache clearance. Follow this link for more details: http://www.extendstudio.com/documentation/creative-dw-dropdown-menu/documentation/faq/faq2.html#cache_procedure

Hi Elena, thanks for your reply.
The cache clearance in the techdoc above does not rectify the problem.
FYI, in MacOSX Lion the user's Library is hidden by default; to get there use the Go menu > Go to folder > ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Dreamweaver CSx/en_US/Configuration/
But as I say, clearing the chase hasn't worked. Clearing the site cache from within Dreamweaver has not worked either.
Any other ideas?

Typo above -- "chase" should be "cache".
Note that this cache clearing procedure did not work for DW4 either.

Should add that the menus appear in InBrowser Editing, but once I go back to Dreamweaver there is not menu in the layout. It simply can't seem to insert it in the layout.
If you guys haven't got an answer for this, can you refer me to your refunds department. I appreciate that there is a significant time difference between you and me and that makes answering these queries in a timely manner difficult, but I don't really have the time to troubleshoot this while waiting 12-24 hours for you to reply.
It's a shame, as it looks like a good product, but it just isn't working. And unless you know the answer to get it working (gotta be honest here, the reference to the tech doc above smells like a guess) I really need to move on and get my money back. Have you got it working with DW 5.5 and MacOSX Lion?
Please note that, as stated above, CSS Panels seems to have the same problems (i.e. simply won't insert in a layout) so I'll need a refund for that as well.
