In firefox the inbrowser editor opens when i am working on a menu but it doesnt preview the menu nor does it allow me to make changes. Very frustrating...on mac 10.5.8 using firefox as defualt browser imac 2.8ghz dual core.

Hello,
There are some problems with the connection between InBrowserEditing and Dreamweaver on some MAC computers. This is a problem that we haven't been able to find its source and unfortunately we don't have a fix.
We have developed a new menu system that can be edited directly in Dreamweaver design view. It also uses only CSS without javascript so it can be used on browsers that don't have javascript enabled. If you want, we can make a license switch for you between the two menu systems.

I have both licenses already....when i try to link the menu i do get an error in dreamweaver ...... the selected menu is compiled with an older version of AllWebMenus.
Certain improvements have been made to the current extension that require a new compilation of the menu.
Please use current version of AllWebMenus (v3.1.524 or above) to open the associated menu project and recompile it.
The selected menu cannot be linked to the page without recompilation.
Any idea if this is may be causing the problem? If so is there a fix?

I did get the menus to work on a blank page (I think the headlock tag is the culprit in the page template created). The issue with the inbrowser i tried to rectify by changing the default browser to safari but when i tried to open inbroswer again it launched firefox...any suggestions?

Got preveiw to work in safari fine...set as default preveiw browser in prefs for dreamweaver. Firefox does not work for inbrowser.

I just sent an email outlining another issue once the menu is uploaded..everything looks good in live veiw and browser veiw but as soon as its uploaded to the server its a list with links? How can it look ok in all the browsers and preview but messes up on the server? www.northcity.ca/ems/plp to see the page im talking about. I did send detailed email to your support email and am awaiting a response. Thanks in advance for your help.

Hello,
If it looks fine in browser preview, then displaying plain links without images when you upload it on the server, it means that some files are not in the right place.
If somehow the files from the 'Includes' folder are not found, it means they have the wrong path. Please make sure that you upload the 'Includes' folder in the right place on the server in order to make it upload along with the website.
I have just checked your website and now it seems to work fine.
