Hi,
I purchased the FlexiMenusJS(dev bundle) and the Dreamweaver CSS bundle. All programs installed using the Adobe Extension Manager but only FlexiCSS Layouts(which I registered) is available under the Insert column. I tried a basic un-install/re-install of the other two programs (without deleting the previous configuration data) but that did not work. What would be the best way to proceed? Thank you.

Here is my workaround on a MAC CS5 version Dreamweaver. Try opening a new ASP Javascript doc. you will now see the menu in the insert bar! Try adding the menu and the program will error. Click OK and now open your ASP VBScript doc and look for the Flexi Menu on the Insert bar header... not there but the clickable menu items *will* be there, just not the header tab. Be careful not to click any other tab as you will have to start over to get the clickable items back as Flexi menu won't show as a tab.

Let me know how the plugin works for you. I find it unstable and have been unsuccesful in creating a working menu in CS5 Dreamweaver. Looks like a great program... when they get the bugs worked out.

Thanks for the suggestion -- unfortunately I am not having success with that workaround. I'm going to try a full uninstall, license reset, etc...( I'm on Vistax64 btw).

The FlexiMenuJS re-install did not work either. I removed the files from my computer (I deleted them from the Adobe extension manager, deleted the corresponding app data configuration files, and downloaded the program again). The program reinstalled in the Adobe Extension Manager (which was opened as an administrator in Vista UAC) but there was not a "successful installation" dialog box; it is however listed with the enable box checked and the program description is in the lower frame.

Update: I ended up rebooting the computer (and DW) four or five times over the course of the afternoon/evening and everything eventually took. Who says repeating the same thing over and over again and expecting different results is the definition of insanity?

Hello Aaron,

Do you have the operating system in English or a different language?

Sometimes the extension manager installs extension to a different language folder and they are not visible in the language you are using.
