After installing the extension and finding it very difficult to register or attempt to even use a trial version, I am requesting a full refund. Please process this as soon as possible.

Hello Patrick,

The registration process should be pretty straight forward, you are asked for the serial number, hit process and then you are registered. You receive an error when you try to register? What exactly happens when you try to register the extension?
