There was no link above to your refund policy. and yes there was a problem. I could not install the product as I am behind a very strict firewall which did not allow me to connect to your servers. I had a deadline and had to purchase another product to do the job I had to do therefore I never installed your product and obviously did not use it.

I demand a refund please.
