We are installing this on a PC instead of the MAC. Do we need a different serial number?

Hello,

No, the serial number is same for both Mac and PC.

All you'll need after installing the extension on your PC, is to go to your "My Account" page and click on the "Reset License" button next to the FlexiPanelsCSS product name.

Small correction for the above text: Click on Reset License next to FlexiMenus JS and not FlexiPanelsCSS :)
