I created a menu in IE 8 and it works great. However, in IE 7, the drop down background is shifted to the left and cuts off half of the test. I tested this on a PC which had IE 7 and was able to reproduce it by setting the Browser Mode in the Developer Tools on IE 8 to IE 7.

I found the problem. The FlexiMenu was wrapped in a div with align = center. While IE8 can handle it, IE7 cannot. I changed the menu to width = container and it works fine.
