After a year of working great, I'm getting a weird error message. Whenever I load dreamweaver I get "Unable to find file DFCDatapreview.htm in the Configuration/Floaters directory. The floater will not be shown". rnrnAnd I can no longer access FusionCharts.rnrnI have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the extension.

Hello,
That's strange. That file should not be located in the Floaters directory.
Try to do a cache clearance and test the interface again.

Close Dreamweaver before you delete it.

Hi,
I tried that but nothing seemed to happen (the cache simply got recreated when I re-launched dreamweaver with the same error).
I went into the Floaters directory and actually found the file being referenced with a .swf extension - I changed it to .htm and it removed the error message but I was still unable to actually find the FusionChart Menu.
Anything else I can try?

That file should be a swf, not htm. So, changing its name won't help.
It's strange that you have the file but Dreamweaver can't see it. What Dreamweaver version do you have?
Could you send me some screenshots with your Dreamweaver and the error by email to support at extendstudio.com
