I have a chart on the page but under it in a grey box is the word waiting.

How do I remove this?

Hello Steve,

The box is added by the export feature of the chart. You can disable it by disabling that functionality.

You can find the export options on the "general options" tab from the interface. You may have to click on "show advanced options" check box.
