buy recently a license for DW image show, frankly i am disapionted, thougd there are controls on it,like arows to move tho the next slide or go back etc. even i have try it before. Is it possible to get a refund?

Hi Donovan,
The way I see things, I believe back and forward functionality should belong to a different product Creative Image Show has more to do with image effects.
So it should be a different product, when time permits...
