I have called and emailed support, but have yet to hear anything back. I recently installed Dreamweaver CS4 and when I got to enter my serial number for Image Show, I get a 201 error. It of course means nothing to me and I would like to get this resolved. Please let me know ASAP.

Hello,
You have to reset your password from your account. Just login and press on the "My account" button. You will notice that each one of your license has a "reset license" button next to it. You have to reset them all in order to register the products again.

Can I install the same license on two computers? I have an office computer and a laptop.

Hello Sally,
As long as there is only one user, we permit installation on two machines. In the future all our licenses will be "1 user - 2 computers" but for now I'm just going to add a new license into your account.
