Hello,rnrnFor some reason my server is not letting my upload the "includes" file. It is giving me the following error:rnrn/includes - error occurred - Unable to create remote folder /includes. Access denied. The file may not exist, or there could be a permission problem. Make sure you have proper authorization on the server and the server is properly configured.rnrnI have called the server support an they believe there is no reason for the error that it is a software problem. Please help.

Hello,

Our component doesn’t handle the upload process. This is done by Dreamweaver. Try uploading that folder using some other ftp client and see if it works.
