Trying to have my text effects work like you are showing on your web site and I must be missing something.
Basically, want my text to:
1. appear
2. disappear (with the bullet train effect)
3. reappear and stay
Your example effects always seem to show OUT to IN whereas the dialogs always show IN to OUT.
Is there a tutorial on this item?
Thanks!
Allen

Hello,
I'm afraid it's not possible to achieve that result with the component. That gallery was created in such that it shows the effects better and for the users to be able to see the name of the effect after the end of the animation.

Thus, that's one of the reasons I purchased the product. So you're saying that the user cannot do what is shown on the web site.
Please confirm.

Hello again,
That gallery was created so the users can see the effects that are available in the Image Show product. The gallery was not made as a features gallery or use case samples. The effect is presented the way it is in order to give a more cursive look and feel for the users. It’s not a gallery that shows Image Show at work, it’s a gallery with the text effects that are available in the Image Show product.
The effects from Image Show are imported from Creative TextFX v1 and the gallery was created using TextFX and not ImageShow. If you want, maybe we can help you achieve what you want. Just send an email with how exactly you intend to use Image Show at support at extendstudio.com and maybe we can give you some help with the task you have.
Best regards,
Andrei Rinciog

Hello again,
Actually, I just talked with one of the designers from our office and he gave me a workaround idea to achieve that result. What I forgot is that we have a None option for the effects. You can achieve that effect by using to texts that are exactly the same and placed in the exact same place (actually a duplicate button would be very useful here, but we don’t have one :D ). The first text will have “None” for the IN effect and the other will have “None” for the OUT effect. The tricky part now is to time it correctly to get the effect you want. The second one will need a delay that is at least the total effect amount from the first text, so the two effects won’t overlap.
If you want I could send you a HTML file by email, but I saw that you didn’t receive my first email, so I will just wait your response to see if I can send it or not.
Best regards,
Andrei Rinciog

Thank you Andrei. I will try your recommendation and let you know the outcome.
For the record, it seems close to 'false advertising' to show effects in the library that the user cannot accomplish.
For instance, why would I want to have text that would flow into an image (i.e. a company name), the flow back out of the image (i.e. the company name). Basically, the effect is that there is:
1. a box/image that has a company name flow into it with the bullet train effect
2. the company name flows out of the box/image with the bullet train effect
3. the user is left with a blank box
Not very helpful or useful.
Seems simple. Allow the user to switch the IN and OUT motion, perhaps? This implies that I am able, in the end, to do exactly what you guys are doing on the example pages.
Thank you,
Allen
