I have been using the "Creative DW Image Show PRO" since I purchased it about 2 weeks ago, it has been working fine except this morning when I began to edit a slide show, I got a pop up will appear saying "Your license appears to be invalid", then when I proceed to enter the license number provided to me I get another pop up saying "License validation failed! code: <br".... I have tried typing the license number in, copy and pasting, and reseting the license number online... so far no success. Also recently, if I try to edit my slide show, my dreamweaver crashes!! I'm sure it is a result from the Image show Pro product. PLESE HELP!! I need to finish my website.rnrn

I'm getting the same error today. Was working fine over the weekend, now I'm losing money because of this -- I can't finish my site either.
This needs to be resolved ASAP!
By the way, I'm getting error code 201 when the license validation fails.

Also, your company needs to deal with this 'licensing system' issue. Once I've paid and registered, you've got to figure out a way to assume that I am legitimate (rather than processing the license each time I use the product).
If your team is not available when I'm working, how am I supposed to work on projects that I am using this product to support?
Very frustrating...
