I purchased one license for Creative DW Image Show on May 13, 2008 (Order Number: 3922843629), it has been working fine. I just added an image show to a site yesterday. I have not changed anything about my computer configuration or updated any programs. Today I went into one of my websites and tried to edit an Image Show and got an error message that my license was invalid. I went to the Extend Studio website, logged in, went to my orders page, copied my serial number and pasted it into the “Serial Number Validation” pop up box and I just get another pop up that says “License validation failed! Error code: <br. I tried going to my Account Page at Extend Studio and clicking "reset my license" but I get the error message "Your license is not registered yet!". What is going on? I have to update this image gallery today.

Isn't this support forum supposed to be 24/7? Is anyone out there? I posted this yesterday and also sent an email to support@extendstudio.com - no reply to anything. Now I see that two other people are having the same issue. This is pretty poor customer service.

Hello Kelly,
Sorry, I didn't reply this thread in particular because it was the same with other threads over the forum.
The problem was caused by a fault in our licensing system that was repaired sunday night. You can register your product again using the license you had.
Again, I apologize I didn't answered this thread in particular. You will find the same problem on other threads, and we've also received many emails about this issue and I thought I've covered all of them yesterday. It looks like I didn't.
