Hi Andrei
When I insert an Image Show Pro into a template (the main header), it doesn't show when I try to preview it. Where the show show be I just see a blank space.
I can see the first image only, but this is when the yellow bar about running active scripts appears on ie. When I click allow, then I just get the blank space where the show is supposed to be.
Other Extend products such as drop down menu work ok.

Thanks for your response.
Yes, I have checked that. The show plays ok when I click on Preview Slide Show.
It is strange, because after I first purchased this product I tested it out on a website using templates, and it worked! this was just to see what it could do.
Didn't use it for a few weeks after that, and then when I was ready to create a new website last Friday tried it and it didn't work - got the 'blank' space.
However, when I go back to the test site I created, it still works! The test site has 4 images. But the weird part is that if I add another image to the test Image show, it will still only show the original 4 images. If I remove all 4 images, then it shows nothing! and if I try and create a new image show on this test site, then it is still blank after pressing F12.
I tried an image show on a plain html page, and that works!

Are you sure that the "includes" folder is updated when you add another image to the test site ? Do you use a server for your testing ?

I don't use a server for testing, just my local PC.
As far as i can tell the 'includes' folder is updated, I added an image and the timestamp on some of the files was updated.
I don't know if this is important but I have noticed on the 'test' image show that still works - the name of the image comes up as:
images/image1.jpg - and on the right you can't see the image, it says 'preview not available'
Any new image that I insert, or if I create a new show, the name of the image comes up as:
..images/image1.jpg - and on the right hand side can see the image.

Hello again Bobby,
I think that you may have moved the image folder. But it is strange that if you make any change than it still works, but if you make a change, than the image preview from the interface works but if you test it won't work.
Something has changed in your folder structure of your site for sure.

It did occur to me that the folder structure may have been corrupted somehow, so I created a completely new site, new structure. But still the same problem.
On a blank html page no problems, but a page using css templates, comes up as blank.

Hello again,
Well, if you use the Image Show on a template and store it in the "templates" folder, when you apply that template to other pages the links won't work unless they are in the same directory ( or another one, but not directly in the root folder ).
To explain better, when you insert the images in the image show inside a template they will have the links to the images like this “../images/image.jpg”. But if you apply that template to a page that its on a higher folder than the links to the images should be “/images/image.jpg”.

I made it work, but it is not ideal:
I moved the template file out of the 'templates' folder into the root folder. Then I created a new html page from this dwt template - I have to do a 'save as' as there are no templates listed when you click on create new page from template.
When I change the template file, it doesn't say updating any linked files, although it seemed to update them anyway.
If I leave the template in the 'templates' folder and create a new html page linked to this template inside the templates folder it doesn't work.
So, keeping the dwt file out of the templates folder seems to work, but in my original site that workded that is not what I did.
Any chance of a desktop sharing session at some point so I can show you all this?
