Hi.
I have created an image show on a dreamweaver template. When I create a new page from template the grey box is showing to indicate a slide show is present but when I preview the page the images are not displayed. I have uploaded the pages to my server and the images are not visible here either. I started using the demo version but have now paid for a licence. The demo box is still shown on the site.

Hello Jeff,
If youve inserted the Image Show inside a template and then used it in a page you must update the paths to your images.
Dreamweaver creates a new folder named Templates and saves all the templates inside that folder. When you insert images in your Image Show it will save their path relative to the location of the template. It will look something like this ../pictures/image.jpg?. When you use it in a page, the paths from the Image Show remain ../pictures/image.jpg? that are probably incorrect for its new location.
As for your second problem, you have to download and still the full version. Go to Account->My Products and download the package and then install it. After that you must go and Edit the Image Shows for the changes to take effect.

Hi thanks for the reply.
I have another question. How can I change the pictures on each page when using templates? I have made the image show an editible area but inorder to make changes it must update an area which is not editable. I assume this to be the information in the head but this should be editable, show it not? I have made the specific code in the head an editable region but this still does not work. Is is possible to use your product on a page that has been created from a template?

Webpage Created using a template URL does not work. I get a 404 error message. Can you someone please put the correct link that works. I've seen it in 2 locations on this forum and both don't work.
