I'm a bit sick of this. I have three of your products, all of which I'm happy with, apart from the fact that it is not possible to use them all simultaneously because the serial numbers keep being re-set. If I use DW Image Show Pro and then want to use CSS Flexi Panels, when I open the second one it tells me the serial number is no longer valid.
Can't you fix this? It's really tedious.

Hello,
This is very strange. These products use separate validation. Are you working with these products on more that one computer or do you have more versions of DW in the current computer and use the extensions on both versions?
If it is so, I can add second serials to your account in order to use them on both installations.
If you are using them on one installation and just opening, registering and working with one of them causes the need of validation of the other extension maybe we can make a desktop sharing in order to see exactly what happens there.

There are two issues.
I have had and used Image Show Pro for about a year and a half. I am very happy with it. The last time I used it successfully was about three weeks ago when I updated a client's slideshow. It worked perfectly. Then, yesterday when I went to amend another client's slideshow I got the message "Your license appears to be invalid". Since I've used it for over 18 months, I don't understand this at all.
The second issue is that when I checked my account yesterday for the serial number, I find that Image Show Pro is not in my list of products. This is on my account which uses my littleacornconsulting.co.uk email address. When I purchased Image Show Pro I was using another account with email address wendy.tyrrell@mentation.com. Last year I asked for the accounts to be merged, which seemed to happen. But now I find that the mentation.com account is still live, with only the trial version of Image Show Pro on there. I am at a loss.
I have a client who really needs her slideshow to be updated asap. Can you help?
I am happy to do a desktop sharing session if you tell me how and when.

Today I tried to insert a new full page layout from CSS Layouts into my website and got the error message Error #661 Product Registration Failed. I reset the license and tried again, three times, with no luck.
Why is it that your products have recurring licensing issues? I am at a loss to understand why this is, and it makes it very frustrating to use them.

Hello Wendy,
Please make sure that you copy the correspondent serial from your account. This usually happens when you try to register an extension with another serial number.

Hi, I have just tried to use my Image Show Pro and Image Effects and when I do it just quits Dreamweaver (5.5).
I have disenabled the extensions and then enabled them but no joy.
Also I have noticed from in my account - orders - those two pieces of software are missing from my account, but I definitely purchased them!
Any ideas what is going on?

Hello Steve,
Have you tried a cache clearance procedure? You have to delete the Dreamweaver FileCache file.The location of the FileCache.dat file (WinFileCache-[number].dat for Windows and MacFileCache-[number].dat for Mac) depends on your operating system and your version of Dreamweaver. Hi Elena
I have tried to look for the file above, but it is not there!
I noticed I had purchased Rich Media Pack Pro after I had purchased Image Effects and Image Show Pro. I have deleted these two extensions so that Rich Media Pro is the only one working, but it doesn't. All it does when I go to use them is to crash Dreamweaver CS5.5. I am using a Mac with OX 10.7.3.
Are there any known bugs?

Hello,
This is probably because you can't reach your 'Library' folder.
Mac OS X 10.7 defaults to hiding the users Library directory and in order to get this back, you'll have to launch the terminal and enter the following command:
chflags nohidden ~/Library. Here is a link for further details: http://osxdaily.com/2011/07/22/access-user-library-folder-in-os-x-lion/
I have also sent a fix by e-mail. If the cache clearance doesn't work, please install the fix and you shouldn't have troubles anymore.

I have just purchased DW Slideshow Pro and installed it on my desktop Mac and then placed a copy of my laptop I use when traveling. Each time I attempt to open Slideshow Pro on DW CS4 it crashes the program. I'd appreciate knowing how to fix this on my Macbook Pro.

Hello Brian,
Is it possible that you've downloaded and installed the Image Show from the Media Pack PRO.
Please go to your account and download the Image Show PRO extension. Before installing it, remove the current one from the Extension Manager - you can open the Extension Manager from DW main menu> Commands> Manage Extensions.
Install the extension from your account. Then the correspondent serial should work.
Let me know if it's allright!
