Hello,
In order to get the license number you'll have to login to our website and go to your account. Reset the license by pressing the correspondent 'Reset license' button, then regsiter it.

Hello Elena,
Please understand. it's not reflecting in my account that I've purchased the show pro package at all. So i can't reset the license of something that is not there. the only thing that is reflecting in my account is the previous license for the DW layouts that i purchased months ago. please clear this problem as soon as possible. i am in the middle of a job and i have a deadline.

Hello Elena,
thank you for your diligence in this matter. I have checked my junk and spam folders there are no emails from extend studio. is there anyway that i can give you an alternate email address to send it to? or is there an alternative to email that i can retrieve the link?

I've just checked your account and saw taht you have have Creative DW Image Show and also Creative DW Rich Media Pack PRO which contains Creative DW Image Show PRO in your account. Please check again and tell me if you need more help.

I have switched DW Show Pro package from the account linked to that order - Matrix PC and added it to the account linked to this e-mail address. Check now and tell me if it's allright.
