Hi i have just created a flash slide show, in Creative DW Image Show PRO and saved it as a preset but when i try and load it in to the site it loads but the show will not appear,

Hello,
Please make sure that the 'Includes' folder which contains the settings and all the files for the Creative DW Image Show is located in the site you are working in.

Hi,
Uploading 15 images in the slide show is slow so I would like to know how I can speed up it. Also, I didn't see the progress icon while it is uploading.
FYI, file-size of the images are small

Hello,
You can speed or delay the slides changing from the 'Slide Effects' in the 'General' tab. There is a 'Duration' parameter measured in frames and you also have the converted value in seconds.
You also have there the 'Slide Delay' option and you can set any value you wish.
The preloader can be added from the 'Theme' tab, by checking the 'Preloader' control and set ith x and y position.

Hi Elena, I am new on this one but Could you give a briefly explanation about how 'Preloader' work ? I noticed a slow performance in the uploading images. Everithing looks great after that

Hello,
The preloader allows you to track the image loading progress visually. “Preloader” is automatically shown if the requested image hasn’t been loaded yet. You can set the preloader by going to the 'Theme' tab > Controls. You have the Preloader feature there and if you enable it, you can set its position in the image show area.

Hi Elena, I don't know why I keep having so much trouble with this and vertical menus. But, every time I don't use Dreamweaver for a few months, and then go back to it, I try to use Image show or vertical menus, and it crashes DW. I've deleted the cache, I've uninstalled and reinstalled Dreamweaver, ImageShow, Vertical menus, AND both of the patches that I got from you guys in August and September, which worked great and fixed all my problems before....but now.... Its happening all over again and I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. As soon as the interface opens, DW crashes. Any ideas?

Hello Marisa,
I have sent you the patches again by e-mail. Please install them after you install the extensions and, when the Extension Manager asks you to overwrite, press 'Yes to all'.
