I created a gallery for my website using creative pro but when i post it and check the site in my browser it never starts. Ive read something about changing your flash settings with the preview tab inside creative pro but i have no preview tab to do so. Im not even sure thats the problem but some help would be much appreciated.

Hello Gio,
Please tell us what operating system you are using, when did you download the extension and what version of Dreamweaver you are using.
In the meantime, please make sure that you have uploaded the Includes? folder to the server (the files that you need to upload to the server are: the page in which you have inserted the DW extension, and the includes folder, which is created automatically by the extension). This folder contains all the product assets, like js scripts, swf files and others.

windows vista for the operating system. Im almost positive i upload everything right. Im using dreamweaver cs3 and it always prompts me if i want to add independent files when i upload so i think that should do it. I purchased the creative dw image pro 6/23/08 and downloaded it from your site direct. In the forums they show pictures of the same program but it has diffrent tabs then the one im using. Please respond prompty since i would like to use the gallery i created for a specific job that is relatively time sensitive.

furthermore when i go to check the site i can see the blocking for the movie when i wave my mouse over but it says movie not loaded

Hello Gio,
Please tell us on which browser you are testing the page, and also which Flash Player you are using.
We have tested the page (http://pleshaphotoarts.com/) on Safari, Mozilla, IE, Opera, with Flash Player 8, and the Image Show is working.

Running Windows Vista Ultimate, Adobe Web Premium CS3 and testing in IE 7.06 and Firefox 5.0. I have no problem with your software. The problem I do have is finding the "Includes" folder. It is nowhere in the file on my drive that houses all the website files. Is there a default file that this may have been saved to?
My other question is: I purchased and downloaded Creative DW Image Show this past Sunday. Since that time I have visited several sites that use your software, and I would like to upgrade to PRO. Is this possible?

Worked around the first problem. Deleted all the files from the first Image Show and rebuilt it from scratch. This time the "Includes" folder was in my site folder. All is working well. Site is http://www.defiancemissouri.com
I still am interested in an upgrade to PRO. Please let me know.
Also thinking of getting your menu bundle. Please have someone contact me about a package price.
