The link is www.wildflowersbythelighthouse.com. The slideshow is on the home page. I've tried it in three different browsers with no difference.

Hello,
Please move this code upper in the page:
<!-- BannerPro render begin -->
<script type="text/javascript" > render_xtd_ispro(); </script>
<!-- BannerPro render end -->
At the moment it's at the bottom of the page and all page needs to load before it's executed. Move it upper on the page so it's executed faster. Don't move it above the banner code and don't insert it inside a table.
Regards,
Andrei Rinciog

Hello Gary,
This is working slowly on IE, because it waits for all images to load, but as soon as the images remain in the cache the image show should work fine.
Unfortunately this is how it works the Flash in the Image Show Pro for IE.
You can test the JQuery Slideshow Plus, a jQuery based extension, as an alternative and see if it is better for you.
I am sorry for not being able to help you more than that!

Is it related with number of images loaded?

Hello,
Yes, because the flash player won't start until all teh images are loading.
As I have explained above, this is how the Image Show PRO is working and, unfortunately, I don't think that we will make an update in the near future.
Thank you for understanding!

Hello Jack,
It would be great if you could send us a link from your page or an archive with this site by e-mail to support [at] extendstudio.com in order to take a look.
Thank you!
Have you tried to move this code upper in the page?
<!-- BannerPro render begin -->
<script type="text/javascript" > render_xtd_ispro(); </script>
<!-- BannerPro render end -->
