Is there a maximum number of images that a slide show will deal with? I am having a slide show fail when i add more than 120 images (there are two other slide shows on the same page with 104 and 55 images respectively).

There is no limit to how many images you can add.
Is this slideshow online so we can take a look at it?

this page has 119 images in the top two slide shows (and works fine)

this page is a copy of the page listed above... except that it has 120 images in each of the top two slide shows (and they either do not work or fail to load). if i remove an image from either of the top slide shows then they do work.

We will investigate this and try to reproduce the problem. If it's something that can be fixed easily we will send you a patch by email. If it's not an easy fix we will try to find a workaround that you can use.

It has been a month since this issue was reported and we have not heard anything back from the support desk so we have had to purchase different image rotator software to continue on with this project.
We purchased two licenses for Creative DW Image Show for this project and since there appears to be some problem with adding more than 119 images to a slide show and since there has been no response from tec support i would like to request a refund for both licenses.
I wrote directly to the support e-mail regarding this on 5/24 but have not heard back.
Please respond.

There appears this is a limitation of our product and you can't make more than 119 images in a slideshow. We can't make an update at the moment so we have issued a refund for your purchase.
