I recently bought a new computer with Windows 7 and updated to CS5. I had to reinstall my Creative DW Rich Media Pack and the vertical menu extensions. However, after installation I keep getting this error message:rnrnWhile executing onLoad in xtdBannerMainPro. htm, the following JavaScript error(s) occurred: In file "xtd Banner Main Pro" xtd_close is not defined. rnrnHow do I got about fixing this?

Hello,
Close Dreamweaver and delete its file cache and then try the extension again.

Hi Andrei,
I deleted the cache file, but then received this error when trying to click on Edit Image Show Pro:
While executing onLoad in xtd BannerMainPro.htm, the following JavaScript error(s) occurred:
At line 677 of file
c:Users[username]AppDataRoamingAdobeDreamweaver CS5en_USConfigurationCommandsxtdInterface.js"
xtdProBanner1 is not defined
Where do I go from here? Thanks!

Hello Rachel,
The banner that you are trying to edit is named "xtdProBanner1"? The same name appears in the comments from the page?
Could we make a desktop sharing session so I can have a quick look at what happens in your Dreamweaver?
