Hello. Got my new MacPro and CS 5. Installed DW Image Show Pro, but when I go to Insert - Image Show Pro - Insert Image Show Pro, the DW opens the Image Pro window for a second and then break down. HELP

It works - but when I put in my serial no. I got the message: Licence validation failed. Error code 201....?

Hello Erik,
Error number 201 means that you have to reset the license before you can use it to register another installation. You can get rid of that error by pressing the "reset license" button from your account on extendstudio.com.
Reset the serial number and register the component again and you shouldn't have any more troubles.

Hello again Andrei.
Thank you for your reply. Followed your instructions and succesfully reset my licence.
But now I got a Error 202. Tried to reset my license again (maybe I should not have done that, because it says that my licence is not registreret yet?
What now.

Hello Erik,
Are you sure you've copied the entire serial number? Try copying it without any spaces or maybe even typing it in manually.
