If you still can't find the extension it means that your Extension Manager has not installed the extension correctly. I will send you more instructions if that is the case.

Confirmed installed by Extension manager. Not showing up on insert tab CS5 Mac. This is the same problem I had with your Flexi JS Menu plugin before you sent a patch.

Hello,

Sometimes the extension manager copies the extension files in a different language than the default one. Because of that, the extension doesn't show up when you open DW.

You can check this inside Dreamweaver's configuration folder:

Mac HD/Users/[user]/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Dreamweaver CS5/Configuration

Check if you have multiple language folders and if you do, browse them and look for a folder called "Shared/ ImageShowPro". If you find it, you should copy all the contents of that language folder to the default one (usually you have only two folders, so copy them to the other folder). It's ok to replace files but make sure you don't replace any folder.

If you don't have multiple language folder, check the same path under different users.

I'm having the same problem. I'm on a mac w/ cs5, but I can't see the extension.

This is my first usage of your products and I had just loaded the trial Creative Image Show.

I am also having the problem of not seeing ImageShow Pro in my insert panel. I was using the program beautifully in Dreamweaver CS3. Now that I have upgraded to CS5, I cannot use it.

I reinstalled the program and Extension Mgr confirmed the install. I am using Windows 7.

Please help.

I cannot find the items I purchased in the "purchased" section of my account, I need them so that I can reset my license to use the product I just purchased. The licenses that came with it in the email confirmation do not work. I havent got to use the program yet... also, DW vertical menu in the rich pack pro doesnt show up in my CS5 but all other do...

Ive left messages on this forum, emailed you from the contact link in the Extend program, and emailed your customer support email from your contact page... I really like these extensions and would like to be able to use them since I paid $100 for it... If I cant get any support or assistance I will need to dispute the charges with paypal and delete the program... I DONT WANT TO DO THAT. But I also dont want to pay a company for a program that I cant use due to lack of support and a glitched account page. Thanks..

Seriously, some help would be appreciated... I still cannot use the product and it still doesnt show up in my products section in my account... I have the receipts, I have been charged, I have loaded the full program- not the demo- and IT STILL DOESNT WORK without the key. The key that it was emailed with does not work with the program... please assist in this matter ASAP... ASAP... ASAP... thanks...

Sorry but we are not working during weekends. That's why we haven't replied to your posts.

I see that you have three licenses in your account, one for Creative DW Menus Pack, one for Rich media Pack PRO and one for Creative DW vertical menu received for free from the Rich Media Pack.

In order to register Creative DW Image Show and Creative DW Image Effects you need to use the Rich Media Pack PRO license.

Error 202 means that the serial number is not correct. You either don't use the correct serial number or you don't insert it correctly. The serial number is consisted of the three groups of letters and digits separated by the "-" element.

I used the serial number that was sent with the product... if its the wrong one then you should have extend studio check which serial license they are sending out with the download. The licenses appear in my account only because the order was cancelled, refunded through paypal, and reordered and installed. Its irritating I had to go that route, that the original license didnt work, and that I had to get refunded in order to reorder to fix this issue. I am obviously not the only client that has had this happen. Please fix the issue.

The serial numbers that you have in your account are correct and they should work without problems.
I don't know what happened with the first order, have you tried contacting the support department before you refunded and issued a new order? Probably the order didn't close for some reason and that's why you couldn't see the licenses, but that's an easy fix.

You tried to register the Creative DW Image Show and Creative DW Image Effects extensions with the serial number from Rich Media Pack PRO license and you got error 202? I just tried with your license and it worked.

Of course its working now... read post above your response. I had to get refund.....I had to reorder....I had to reinstall... I had to use the new keys that were sent with the NEW order... in order to resolve the issue. The original order... with the original keys... DID NOT WORK AS ADVERTISED. Thank you for checking to make sure that the keys that are working are still working. Program is installed and appears to be working correctly for now. It is unfortunate that I had to get refunded and reorder and reinstall in order to fix this issue... If any others cant get the problem fixed, simply CANCEL YOUR ORDER... THEN AFTER YOU RECEIVE THE REFUND... REPURCHASE the program... THEN REINSTALL... and it should work okay. Good luck to all and thank you for this amazing program! I plan on buying more of your products soon! Great Stuff!

Hello. I purchased your bundle DW Rich Media Pack Pro this morning which included the Image Show Pro, Image Effects, & Vertical Menu. I received the confirmation email with the licensing information. I clicked on the "Download Center" link and downloaded the extensions. They show in my extension manager.

As I open up my Dreamweaver CS5, I can see the tabs at the top of the window. Every time I click on the Image Show Pro tab and the Image Effects tab, my Dreamweaver crashes. Any help will be greatly appreciated. I have spent at least 2 hours trying to fix this and it's getting a little aggravating.

Hello,

You have to do is close Dreamweaver and delete its file cache and then try the extension again. There is a FileChache.dat file located in your Configuration folder and you'll have to delete it.
