I purchased Creative DW Image Show Pro in 2009. I'm trying to update the site I used it with, but I get a Error 202 invalid license when I try to use it. I upgraded to DW CS4. Why won't it take the serial number? I logged into my account, but it said I had no orders and couldn't reset the registration.

Hello,

You probably receive error 202 because you try to register PRO version with the license for non-PRO.

I will send you an email with the details for the account where you have the licenses.
