The computer on which I originally installed Image Show has now died. I have installed it on my new computer but it is asking for the serial number.The software documentation tells me I must change my registration number but when I go to My Account at extendstudio.com, I see Image Show listed under my products, but no info listed for licenses or a reset key so I can change the number. What must I do?

P.S. I wonder if there is an account problem. I also bought Flexi Panels but don't see that listed. I vaguely remember having a problem with 2 accounts (2 email addresses)...and thought they were merged.

I wish I could erase this thread! I found the problem---it was my OLD account I was looking at. Logging into my new account (which I forgot about) shows me all my products and the ability to change registration numbers!
