Hello Dave,

In order to insert a banner in a page using PHP include function you have to make sure the paths to the extension files are correct.

You should copy the lines that include javascript files from the head tag just above the code of the banner. The page that you include should look something like this:

-- javascript include lines
-- image show code
-- render code

Strip the page of everything else. The links need to be relative to the page where you include the banner.
