I am trying to register Creative DW Image Show. I have pasted in and typed in the serial number but I keep getting a "registration failed serial number invalid error code 202" Please help. Thanks!

Hello Dan,
Error #202 means that you don't enter the right serial number. Please check your serial number again with the one in your account section from our site (first page after you log in).

Well I copied and pasted extremely carefully three times. I typed it in twice and checked my work extremely carefully because I hate typing long seemingly random strings of characters. So there is only one mistake I could have made. Is the character a zero or the letter o? I assumed number because all letters were lower case and the character in question was the same size as the numbers.

Hi again Dan,
I've checked your account and it seems you have both DW Rich Media Pack and Image Show Pro. DW Rich Media Pack contains Image Show pro as well and perhaps you have installed it from that archive. Try to use your Rich Media Pack serial and see if it works with that one.
