Purchased this product and can't seen to get it to take my serial number reset copied and paste typed in by hand reset reset formated the hard drive, reloaded everything in Still does the samething,,,,,,
It trys to except it the first time then box says thank you for choosing Extend click ok then it dissappears and when I go after it again put the serial # back in reset same thing please help....... I f I can't get to work can I get ny money back PLease!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
