Hello Monika,

I will try to give an answer to each question.

1. You can't create a swf inside Dreamweaver. You would need Flash to do that. However, this is the purpose of the Image Show, to give you the ability to create a Flash banner directly from Dreamweaver. All swf creating and the import inside the page is handled by the extension. You just have to focus on the content of the slide show.

2. Before you start creating the show, you must set up a Dreamweaver site. You can see how to do that here: http://www.extendstudio.com/documentation/creative-dw-image-show-pro/documentation/tutorials/how-to-create-a-website.html

After you have the site, you can start creating new HTML pages inside and then use ImageShow to insert slide shows on them. Check the getting started tutorial for a step by step walkthrough:
http://www.extendstudio.com/documentation/creative-dw-image-show-pro/documentation/tutorials/getting-started-tutorial.html

3. When you finish creating a banner, make sure you upload all the files needed by the extension to the server. Besides the page with the ImageShow and the pictures you also need to upload the "includes" folder from the root of your website.

If you are certain that you have uploaded all the files but the show is still not working, please send us a link to the page or send us a copy at support at extendstudio.com
