When I try to apply the Imprint effect I get an error "While executing onLoad in xtdBannerImprintEffect.htm, a JavaScript error occurred." I have used this effect many times before and never had the message. Please help.

Hi Sherri,

Please try a delete cache procedure as described here:
http://www.extendstudio.com/documentation/creative-dw-vertical-menu/documentation/faq/faq2.html#cache_procedure
