Does this mean that I can apply the effects to all of my images that are served from a MySQL database via PHP? If so how?

Hello,

When you create an ImageShow an <img> tag is placed in your website and the swf will be created using the image from that <img>. If you change the src of that tag, the swf will use the new picture. You can use whatever you want to change that picture.
