I can not use Image Effect. It crashes Dreamweaver CS4 every time I try to open the extension. Please help.rnrnrn

Found the problem. I had the image I wanted to apply the effect to selected. When I placed the cursor in the spot I wanted the roll over image and started the extension it worked perfectly.
