I'm sure this is a simple fix but I can not find help documents or samples so here I am. The only help that I can find on the right side is made by Adobe. This is a trial copy is that the reason?
I'm working on DW CS3 and have installed the image effects extension. I have the Image effects tab and the icons - now how do I get it to work?
I've clicked on just about everything on my web page, then selected either the roll over or image effect button. All I get is "You can insert a component only in a document from a site". I have no idea what this means but if I could find the help documents I'm sure it would be easy.

My system went down and had to reinstall. Now when I enter the serial number I get "License validation failed! Error Code 201". How do I fix this?

Hi,
If you receive error 201 this means that you must reset your licenses in order to use them for registration.
To do that you must login in your account and press on the 'reset license' button next to the licenses you want.
