Hi, when I want to use in Dreamweaver insert some effect dreamweaver crash, and quit too theres is some message of the error

I get the exact same error and YES, I've cleared the Cache. Dreamweaver itself seems to automatically delete this file when it crashes. I can only find it when I've closed DW correctly. However, the file is gone and STILL DW crashes every time I try to use ImageShow. I've been having this issue for more than a month and the only reply to my queries on this I have received are to clear the cache. It's clear. It's still crashing. Now what. Please help.

I know we sent you a patch file for Creative DW ImageShow. Have we also sent you a file for Creative DW Image Effects? Has this issue been fixed?
