Frank,
We have answered your questions in a reasonable amount of time (maximum 48 hours 2 business days). This morning we have written you an email proposing the desktop sharing. We are waiting for your reply on this matter.
Some problems cannot be reproduced here. They only occur to a few users, this is why we need the desktop sharing session. The decision whether to participate in this desktop sharing session or not is up to each user.

Hello,
i have just bought, downloaded and installed the Creative DW Image Show PRO. When I am trying to use it, a popup opens, telling me, that an Exception has been thrown in native function. That's all....nothing else. Then DW MX 2004 freezes completely and i have to use the task manager to close the program.
What's wrong with it?

Hello Martin,
As stated in the Products Requirements section of our website, all of our Dreamweaver extensions require Dreamweaver 8 or Dreamweaver CS3 in order to work properly. We have not tested them on Dreamweaver MX, and also we do not offer support for this version.

Dear Lavinia:
I paid 89.00 for an extension for Creative DW Image Show which was the only product on the Adobe website of yours that said that it was for Dreamweaver MX. I have coding issues too. This program won't even start because it is too busy listing what it thinks are code errors. I even deleted the items that referenced these code errors and the program just kept listing the same ones never starting not even on a fresh page. I am going to send you the page that showed the MX version.

Hello Lavinia. In respond to Marin Lenzen's request and your reply......Actually, your product listed in Adobe Exchange states that the "Required Product" is Dreamweaver MX. Although it also states that "Compatible Products" are Dreamweaver CS3, 8 and CS4, one might read this as Dreamweaver MX as the "minimum" product required. I did. Also, I've noticed that when I mistakenly attempted to download a product not written for Dreamweaver MX2004, the Extension Manager did not allow that action and through a popup window informed me that the product was not written for my version of Dreamweaver. The download of your product in Dreamweaver completed successfully.
