Yesterday, I purchased Creative DW Rich Media Pack PRO, but only managed to download creative dw image show pro1, and I couldn't install that extension. Can you check is everything OK with my order?

Hello,

The order has been registered correctly in our database and all seems to be correct. You have received two licenses, one for Creative Rich Media Pack and a free license for Creative DW Vertical Menus.

The Creative Rich Media Pack license can be used to register both ImageShow Pro and ImageEffects extensions. Also, if you click on the download link next to the license you will download the package with the installation files for both extensions.

Why you couldn't install the extension? Did you receive an error?
