Hi
I just bought this package of Creative DW Rich Media Pack PRO.
Image Show Pro is working properly.
Image Effects has showed an error message as follows:-
"While executing onLoad in xtdEnhancerMain.htm,
the following Javascript error(s) occurred:
in file "xtdEnhancerMain":
loadData is not defined"
So how do I fix that?

Hello Scott,
When did you receive that error? Do you recall what you did before you fix it?

I received that error after installing the full version. I seem to fix it by removing that cache file from one of the folders, possible from an demo version. Sorry I cannot be more specific.
Most importantly, I am enjoying that, but there is another problem as I am trying to work out how I use it in my template style. The original page is showing it, but the template isn't showing it.
Any ideas to sort that out?

Hello,
You insert the Image Effects directly in the template?
Dreamweaver creates templates in a special "template" folder in your site. I think this causes a path problem in your page.
Try to create a page that's inside a folder as well. So it has the same level as the template page. If this time it works, checks for differences between that page and the page where the extension doesn't work. I think you will have to delete some "../" characters.

I am having the same problem, after trying out the demo and the following day installing the full product. The first time I created an instance wth the full product, I was able to browse for an image file. After that, I cannot browse anymore but get the javascript error message "load data is not defined." I sought for a way to look for a cache file used by the demo to remove it, but am not sure where to look for it on my computer.

Hello,
Instructions for cache clearance: http://www.extendstudio.com/documentation/creative-dw-tabbed-menu/documentation/faq/faq2.html
It is important that you close Dreamweaver before deleting the file cache.
Tell me if you still have the problems after you delete the cache.
