I'm unable to select a preset after saving one. I receive the message that the preset has been saved, but then there is nothing in the dropdown menu. I've tried quitting Flash CS3 and launching again, but the preset drop down menu is still blank. Any Ideas?

Hello,

After you choose to create a preset, an XML file is created in the Flash configuration folder. Do you have some restrictions that may prevent Flash from writing that file? Also, you should not use any special characters (like &,%,# .. ) in the name of the presets. It’s better if there aren’t any special characters in the username of the computer, also.
