A project has already been created in AS 3.0 - do I have to / should I convert the AS 3.0 files to AS 2.0 in order for my newly purchased component to work?

Hello,

There is a workaround for this. Create the scroller in an AS 2 document and then load the swf in the bigger AS 3 document. But this is more like a workaround and you need a little bit of AS 3 code to load the movie.
