The real problem is that a kind of grey mask is on the picture. (I got it for the logo)

Hello Bruce,
After you've downloaded the full version you need to reinstall it and then update them on your documents. To do that, just drag a new component from the components panel in the library of the document. The instances that you have on the stage won’t suffer any modifications to their settings.

Have you tested the solution I gave you on the email ?
" You need to create an extra movieclip inside “mon_mc” and then load the pictures inside that new movieclip. I’ve attached the FLA back. For me this works, if you find any more problems or it’s not working please write again. ( I think that I forgot a trace on frame 288 ). "
